MINUTES VILLAGE OF SURING FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MONDAY, JANUARY 26, 2026 AT 8:30 AM 1. Meeting Called to Order by President Steffeck at 8:30 AM Roll Call: Kohlwey, Nieling, Schuettpelz, and Steffeck. Also present: Trustee Kramp, Clerk-Treasurer Kim Gruetzmacher, and Public Works Director Jeff Tienor. 2. Agenda motion to approve agenda made by Nieling and second by Schuettpelz. All ayes. Motion carried. Open Meeting Notice statement made by Clerk-Treasurer. 3. Discussion and possible action on computer replacements – Motion to approve ordering computer replacements through Oconto County Technology Services and use financial administration and funds from sale of village lot from money market account to purchase made by Nieling and second by Kohlw ey. All ayes. Motion carried. Discussion was had that computers are at time of life to be replaced and Village purchased through State contract pricing. 4. Discussion and possible action on clinic lease allocation to money market account monthly. – Motion to approve placing $1,200 each month from clinic rent into clinic money market accounts made by Nieling and sconed by Schuettpelz. All ayes. Motion carried. 5. ADJOURNMENT –Motion to adjourn made by Nieling and second by Schuettpelz. All ayes. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:48 AM.
