MINUTES JOINT REVIEW BOARD VILLAGE OF SURING TID#1 WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2025 - 3:30 PM SURING MUNICIPAL BUILDING, LEARNING CENTER ROOM II 604 E. MAIN STREET, SURING, WI 54174 1. Meeting called to order by Village President Steffeck. Roll call: Leslie Steffeck, Village Board President (JRB) James Kohlwey, Village Board Trustee (alternate JRB) Kim Gruetzmacher, Clerk-Treasurer (JRB) Robert Caelwaerts -Suring Public School (JRB) Alan Sleeter – County Board Representative (JRB) Adam Pfost - NWTC Representative (JRB) Pat Sleeter – Deputy Clerk-Treasurer ABSENT : Frank Rasberry, Citizen Member (Previous JRB) 2. Nomination was made by Sleeter to appoint Steffeck as chairperson. Motion to close nominations and appoint Steffeck was made by Sleeter and second by Kohlwey. All ayes. Motion carried. Steffeck was appointed to Chairperson of Joint Review Board. 3. Review Financial Report – 2024 – Gruetzmacher gave the 2024 financial report and review of the Department of Revenue annual filing with the Joint Review Board. Discussion was had on the final date of the TID (2034 due to extension for street construction project), and the manual clinic tax that is collected annually per the developer’s agreement. 4. Question and Answers – No additional questions. 5. Motion to adjourn was made by Sleeter and second by Caelwaerts. All ayes. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 3:35 PM.
