MINUTES VILLAGE OF SURING ZONING ADMINISTRATOR COMMITTEE MEETING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2025 at 1:00 PM 1. Meeting Called to Order by President Steffeck at 1:00 PM. Roll Call: Kramp, and Steffeck . Also present: Clerk-Treasurer Kim Gruetzmacher, Deputy Clerk Treasurer Pat Sleeter, and Building Inspector Jane Meissner. Kohlwey was excused. 2. Agenda: Motion to approve agenda made by Kramp and second by Steffeck. All ayes. Motion carried. Open Meeting Notice statement made by Clerk-Treasurer. 3. Public Input: None. 4. Discussion and possible action on Village Ordinance violations with Building Inspector– Committee discussed properties not in compliance with ordinances with building inspector. Building Inspector will send notices to property owners and send copies to Clerk. 5. Discussion and possible action on additional Village Ordinance violations – no action taken, no new items. 6. ADJOURNMENT – next committee meeting – TBD. Motion to adjourn made by Kramp and second by Steffeck. All ayes. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 1:59 PM.
