MINUTES VILLAGE OF SURING ZONING ADMINISTRATOR COMMITTEE MEETING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2025 at 2:00 PM 1. Meeting Called to Order by President Steffeck at 2:00 PM. Roll Call: Kohlwey, Kramp, and Steffeck . Also present: Clerk-Treasurer Kim Gruetzmacher, and Deputy Clerk Treasurer Pat Sleeter. 2. Agenda: Motion to approve agenda made by Kohlwey and second by Kramp. All ayes. Motion carried. Open Meeting Notice statement made by Clerk-Treasurer. 3. Public Input: None. 4. Discussion and possible action on Village Ordinance violations – Committee discussed properties not in compliance with ordinances. Clerk instructed to schedule meeting with building inspector to discuss properties, send 10 Day Notices and touch base with police chief on noncompliance. 5. ADJOURNMENT – next committee meeting – TBD, coordinate with building inspector. Motion to adjourn made by Kramp and second by Kohlwey. All ayes. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 3:07 PM.
