SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES VILLAGE OF SURING BOARD LEARNING CENTER II, 604 E MAIN STREET, SURING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2025, AT 4:00 PM 1. Meeting Called to Order by Leslie Steffeck, Village President at 4:00 PM. ROLL CALL—(Village Board) Kohlwey, Kramp, Miller, Nieling, School, Schuettpelz, and Steffeck. Also present: Clerk-Treasurer Kim Gruetzmacher, and Deputy Clerk- Treasurer Pat Sleeter. 2. Agenda was approved with a motion by Schuettpelz and second by Nieling. All ayes. Motion carried. Open Meeting Notice statement made by Clerk. 3. PUBLIC: None 4. RESOLUTION 07-2025 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DISCONTUNUANCE OF POTIONS OF A VILLAGE STREET INVOLVED WITH THE VETERAN’S PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT PURSUANT TO WIS. STATS. SEC 66.1003 - Motion to approve resolution 07-2025 as presented made by Kramp and second by Schuettpelz. All ayes. Motion carried. 5. Motion to adjourn was made by Kramp and second by School.
