MINUTES VILLAGE OF SURING ZONING ADMINISTRATOR COMMITTEE MEETING MONDAY, MAY 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM 1. Meeting Called to Order by President Steffeck at 10:00 AM. Roll Call: Kohlwey, Kramp, and Steffeck . Also present: Clerk-Treasurer Kim Gruetzmacher, Deputy Clerk Treasurer Pat Sleeter. Public: Melvin Soderbeck. 2. Agenda: Motion to approve agenda made by Steffeck and second by Kramp. All ayes. Motion carried. Open Meeting Notice statement made by Clerk-Treasurer. 3. Public Input: None. 4. Melvin Soderbeck (Muehl Drive): Discussion and possible action on 107 Muehl Drive – No action taken. Mr. Soderbeck wanted to address the Village to understand what remaining items he needed to address on his property. Discussion was had on the ordinance and Mr. Soderbeck stated he would take care of the remaining outstanding items on his lot. 5. Discussion and possible action on Village Ordinance violations – no action taken. 6. ADJOURNMENT – next committee meeting – TBD. Motion to adjourn made by Kramp and second by Steffeck. All ayes.
