MINUTES VILLAGE OF SURING ZONING ADMINISTRATOR COMMITTEE MEETING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2025 at 9:30 AM 1. Meeting Called to Order by President Steffeck at 9:30 AM. Roll Call: Kohlwey, and Steffeck . Also present: Trustee Kramp, Deputy Clerk Treasurer Pat Sleeter. Public: Katie Tousey, Gary Heise, and Jordan Meshefski. Excused: Bengtson. 2. Agenda: Motion to approve agenda made by Kohlwey and second by Steffeck. All ayes. Motion carried. Open Meeting Notice statement made by Deputy Clerk-Treasurer. 3. Public Input: None. 4. CLOSED SESSION: Motion to convene in closed session on the following matters: State Statute 19.85(1)(c) Deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conduction other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Motion to go into closed session to include committee, trustees, deputy clerk, and public in attendance made by Kohlwey and second by Steffeck. All ayes. Motion carried. Entered into closed session at 9:32 am. 5. OPEN SESSION: Motion to convene in Open Session to make motions from closed session. – no action taken, returned to open session at 11:06 am. 6. Discussion and possible action on Village Ordinance violations – no action taken. 7. ADJOURNMENT – next committee meeting – TBD. Motion to adjourn made by Kohlwey and second by Steffeck. All ayes.
