MINUTES VILLAGE OF SURING ZONING ADMINISTRATOR COMMITTEE MEETING MONDAY, JANUARY 27, 2025 at 8:30 AM 1. Meeting Called to Order by President Steffeck at 8:30 AM. Roll Call: Bengtson (via phone), Kohlwey, and Steffeck . Also present: Clerk-Treasurer Kim Gruetzmacher, Deputy Clerk Treasurer Pat Sleeter. Public: Robby Calaway, Kasha Calaway, and Vicki Leisgang (via phone). 2. Agenda: Motion to approve agenda made by Kohlwey and second by Bengtson. All ayes. Motion carried. Open Meeting Notice statement made by Deputy Clerk-Treasurer. 3. Public Input: None. 4. CLOSED SESSION: Motion to convene in closed session on the following matters: State Statute 19.85(1)(c) Deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conduction other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Motion to go into closed session to include committee, trustees, clerk, deputy clerk, and public in attendance made by Bengtson and second by Kohlwey. All ayes. Motion carried. Entered into closed session at 8:30 am. 5. OPEN SESSION: Motion to convene in Open Session to make motions from closed session. – no action taken, returned to open session at 9:10 am. 6. Discussion and possible action on Village Ordinance violations – no action taken. 7. ADJOURNMENT – next committee meeting – TBD. Motion to adjourn made by Kohlwey and second by Bengtson. All ayes.
