Box #145, Oconto, WI 54153 920-373-7455 REGULAR DISTRICT MEETING February 9, 2026 1) CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kim McDonald. 2) ROLL CALL: Kim McDonald, Marcia James, Cathie Connell present. Quorum present. 3) ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Cathie made a motion to accept the agenda as printed. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Cathie made a motion to accept the minutes of the January meeting as printed. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 5) APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT: Marcia presented the January treasurer’s reports. Cathie made a motion to accept the treasurer’s reports. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 6) PAYMENT OF INVOICES: Payment of invoices. Cathie made a motion to approve the February invoices as presented. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 7) CORRESPONDENCE: ● n/a ● 8) OLD BUSINESS A) Bay Area Report ● See attached sheet ● Dialer on Frog Pond and one on Pine not working. Then all were not working and Brightspeed has horrible customer service. We received a proposal from Electrical Services to get three new dialers. They will furnish, install and remove existing equipment for $7500.00. Cathie made a motion to accept the bid and update our dialers and receive monthly service from Sensaphone.
