Box #145, Oconto, WI 54153 920-373-7455 REGULAR DISTRICT MEETING Oct 13, 2025 1) CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kim McDonald. 2) ROLL CALL: Kim McDonald, Marcia James, Cathie Connell present. Quorum present. 3) ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Cathie made a motion to accept the agenda as printed. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Cathie made a motion to accept the minutes of the September meeting as printed. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 5) APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT: Marcia presented the September treasurer’s reports. Cathie made a motion to accept the treasurer’s reports. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 6) PAYMENT OF INVOICES: Payment of invoices. Cathie made a motion to approve the October invoices as presented. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 7) CORRESPONDENCE: ● More customers being added to email invoices ● Nathan Gilligan should be added to billing 11/1/25. Kim will send email for new invoicing. ● Evan property is being sold 8) OLD BUSINESS A) Bay Area Report ● See attached sheet ● Call back at Frog Pond. Waiting for the correct capacitor. Troy Schaden will fix module B) Update on Visu regarding liners ● No updates C) ● 9) NEW BUSINESS A) CMAR resolution signed copies ● Kim completed Compliance Maintenance Resolution Number 2024-1. Cathie made a motion to accept the CMAR 2024-1 report. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. B) Insurance w/ American Advantage ● Hendricks is only insured at $7200. Why is that so low? Frog Pond and Pine are $75,000. Kim will contact Bill Peterson from American Advantage. Kim will ask about the generator also? C) Financial Statements ● Marcia will contact new accountant to see if they are interested in doing financial statements. D) Bioxide at Frog Pond Lift Station ● Hawkins-Jason Amsler send letter to Brandon-Strelow Cedar Corp (works with Pensaukee Sanitary District). Brandon suggested we follow the proposal from City of Oconto. We would be willing to split the cost of pump. Kim will check with Ben Thome on the cost from the city for the bioxide. 10) Public Comments: ● None 11) The next meeting of the commissioners and the people will be on Monday, November 10, 2025 at 4:15pm at the Town of Oconto Town Hall. The Budget Hearing will be held prior to the regular meeting at 4:00pm. 12) Cathie made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Marcia. M/C.
