6.27.22 Town Meeting Minutes Approved

APPROVED Minutes by Town Board Little Suamico Town Board of Supervisors Special Meeting Little Suamico Town Hall, 5964 County Road S, WI 54171 Monday, June 27, 2022-9 A.M. www.townoflittlesuamico.com Board Members Present: Elmer Ragen, David E. Pribyl, Doug Allen and Lisa Glinski Clerk/Treasurer Board Members Absent: Others Present: Dan Herzberg- Sanitary Commissioner and 2 others CALL MEETING TO ORDER-The opening meeting statement was read, and the Town Board of Supervisors monthly meeting was called to order at 9 am by Chairman Ragen at the Town Hall. The meeting agenda notice was properly posted. APPROVAL OF AGENDA- Allen motioned to approve the agenda, seconded by Pribyl. Motion carried, voice vote. • Change in Sequence – None • Removal of Items- None 1. Roads- The Board will be taking a ride to see what roads need to be fixed first and the Chairman will be in touch with the County as to their thoughts as to which ones need to be first on the list. 2. Lily and Lilac- Dan Herzberg attended the meeting to discuss the Sanitary going into Lily and Lilac and the price it will cost the taxpayers in the Town. He requested ARPA funds that the Town received. Discussion was had with the Board and the dollar amount will be approved at the monthly TBOS meeting July 11, 2022. 3. ARPA- The Clerk gave the Board the amount of ARPA funds available and went over what it can be used on. Discussion was had as to what the Board will be spending it on in the future. 4. Bids for LSFD- The Board looked over the bids for LSFD and will be making motions at the TBOS monthly meeting as to what they will be fixing at the LSFD and where the funds will be coming from. 5. Inspection of Fire Truck requesting to be replaced- Chairman Ragen will be contacting the County to see if they are able to inspect the LSFD fire truck and if they are not able to if they know who would be able to. 6. Park- Chairman Ragen went over things that need to be fixed at the park and discussed items the Little Suamico Booster club would like done and the funds they have to help pay for these items. 7. Monies in Outlays- Discussion was had with the Board and Clerk regarding the monies in all the Outlays within the Town Budget. 8.
