Approved- MEETING MINUTES Little Suamico Code of Ordinance Committee Meeting Little Suamico Town Hall, 5964-A County Road S, Sobieski, WI 54171 Tuesday October 21, 2025, 6:00 P.M. www.townoflittlesuamico.com Committee Members Present: John Link, Dave Daniels, Ed Galkowski, Ron Bertrand, Kory Rentmeester, Paula Leier-Engelhardt (alternate) John Kwiatkowski. Committee Members Absent: Branden Ness Others Present: Jim Oskey, Beth Trudell, Glen Calewarts, Tracey Krumrie, Pat Gryske, Liz Paape. CALL MEETING TO ORDER - Pledge of Allegiance, then meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Chairman Link at the Town Hall. The Committee meeting agenda notice was properly posted APPROVAL OF AGENDA – Ed Galkowski motioned to accept the agenda and John Kwiatkowski second the motion. Passed unanimous. APPROVAL OF MINUTE(S) - Minutes of last meeting were read and Dave Daniels motioned to accept the minutes and John Kwiatkowski seconds the motion. Passed unanimous vote. CORRESPONDENCE – No comments have been received via e-mail from reviewers. PUBLIC COMMENT- What about Drones BUSINESS – 1. List of Complaints: • Update from Town Board Meeting: $1000 for public survey approved. • Spreadsheet from Oconto County Sheriff’s deputy: Officer Garret Leaving/ New officer to cover 24/7. 2. Discussion of Ordinances by Committee Members: • Chapter 15 SOLAR ENERGY: Committee made changes to misspelled words. Discussion of land use for personal vs. commercial. Changes made to allow personal use to sell overage back to electric service provider. This matter produced some wording problems, will delay till next meeting to define reinstating selling of excess energy. • Chapter 16 WIND ENERGY SYSTEMS: Changes were made to wording and spelling errors accordingly to sections 21 and 22. • LOT SIZE SURVEY: The use of a Web survey was discussed. An Exit Poll at the next Election was discussed and agreed upon. • April Election will be used to conduct an exit poll as of this time. • Committee to come up with questions for exit poll survey. • E-mail questions to John Link before November 2nd. • Find out if an Exit Poll can be performed at the Election? 3. Open discussion: Dave Daniels will review Chapter 3 to offer for Town Board approval. • Chapter 4 was a concern, Section 21, Subsection f. from the original ordinance needs to be included. • County Ordinance about campers and camping was discussed. Also Large feed lots for animals. Check County Zoning for AG. Use/number of animals per acre. • Drones: State Statutes covers use of Drones, is listed in Chapter 3 under 3.01. 4. Set Next Meeting Date • Next Meeting set for November 18th Tuesday at 6:00pm Town Hall 5. Adjournment • At 7:17pm Kory Rentmeester motioned to adjourn, John Kwiatkowski seconded. Motion carried, meeting adjourned.
