Board Members Present: Elmer Ragen, David E. Pribyl, Douglas Allen and Lisa Glinski-Clerk/Treasurer
Board Members Absent: None

Meeting called to order at 7:01pm by the Chairman of the Town of Chase. The agenda was properly posted to
notice the meeting.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by the Chase Town Board, Little Suamico Town Board and all those present.
Approval of Agenda
a. Change in Sequence –None
b. Removal of Items- None
Business # 1: Discuss Contract, Salary, Benefits for the Community Policing Officer-Todd Skarban, Deputy Garrett
Baeten- Discussion between Sheriff Todd Skarban, the Town of Little Suamico Board and the Town of Chase Board
regarding collaborative policing services took place.
Business #2: Adjournment- 7:27 p.m.
