PROCEEDINGS – April 29, 2026 TOWN OF CHASE SUPERVISORS WORKSHOP MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski, WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor - Dennis Kroll, Supervisor – Jeff Van Enkevort, Treasurer – Mae Micholichek, Clerk – Colleen Walgurski and Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll. 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None B. Removal of Items – None Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll to approve the agenda and the sequence of agenda. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 3. Discuss Roads (No Action Taken) -Board discussed roads and the allowed weight limit for Brown County Line Road -Van Lannen discussed the bridge on Jaworski Road and awaiting cost for repairs as the result of flooding -DOT is requiring the Town to put in concrete barriers 4. Discuss Park (No Action Taken) -Jeff Van Enkevort ordered 10 signs for the craft sale -Cindy Kroll gave an update on count of vendor booths -Board discussed possible practice field for sports 5. Discuss Recycling Center (No Action Taken) -Board members discussed the recycling center -Kroll stated a town resident gave a compliment on the appearance of the recycling center -Options and fees for dumpster/s were discussed by the Board -Board discussed the amount of material being brought in and fees -Handout given to Board regarding battery recycling 6. Discuss Compost Site (No Action Taken) -Board members discussed moving grass and wood chipping -Kroll stated that 23 compost cards have been sold 7. Discuss Clerk and Deputy Clerk Report (No Action Taken) -Board was given copies of images from the IRS portal indicating the ARPA Project and Expenditure report has been submitted -Discussed upcoming workshop for town clerks 8. Discuss Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer Report (No Action Taken) -Discussed cost of mailing letters regarding dog licensing 9. Announcements and General Information. -Amundsen Davis appreciation reception -National Incident Management Services training -Board was given a copy of the revised Declaration Pursuant to Wis. Admin. Code § 321.16 &325 APPX A -Town cell phone and billing 10.
