PROCEEDINGS -- Wednesday, April 15, 2026 TOWN OF CHASE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SPECIAL MEETING CHASE TOWN HALL 8481 COUNTY ROAD S, PULASKI, WI 54162 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski, WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisors - Dennis Kroll, Jeff Van Enkevort, Deputy Treasurer – Colleen Walgurski. Open session—Mae Micolichek-Treasurer, Cindy Kroll-Deputy Clerk were called into open session. 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None B. Removal of Items – None Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll approving the agenda. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 3. Convene to Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Statute 19.85(1)(c) - Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility – Town Clerk Interview Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll to go into Closed Session. The motion was called and carried 3-0. Roll Call into Closed Session: Dennis Kroll – Yes, Jeff Van Enkevort – Yes, Gary Van Lannen – Yes Colleen Walgurski was asked into closed session. 4. Convene Back to Open Session Roll Call into Open Session: Dennis Kroll – Yes, Jeff Van Enkevort – Yes, Gary Van Lannen – Yes Mae Micolichek and Cindy Kroll were asked to attend the open session. 5. Discuss and Act on Appointment of Town Clerk Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll to appoint Colleen Walgurski as Town of Chase Clerk. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 6. Discuss and Act on Appointment of Planning Commission Member Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll to appoint Colleen Walgurski as Plan Commission member. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 7. Discuss and Act on Appointment of Town Deputy Clerk Colleen Walgurski, Town of Chase Clerk, appointed Cindy Kroll as Deputy Clerk. 8. Announcements and General Information (No Action Taken) None 9.
