PROCEEDINGS – Wednesday, January 21, 2026 TOWN OF CHASE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SPECIAL MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor - Dennis Kroll, Jeff Van Enkevort, Clerk – Jeromy Delebreau, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek. 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll to approve the agenda. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 3. Discuss and Act on Sale of Land at the Corner of South Chase Road and Bialozynski Road #012- 353501123OL2 (1.24). Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll to approve the Sale of Land at the Corner of South Chase Road and Bialozynski Road #012-353501123OL2 (1.24). The motion was called and carried 3-0. 4. Convene to Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Statue 19.85(1)(g) – Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. – With Attorney. Roll Call into Closed Session: Dennis Kroll – Yes, Jeff Van Enkevort – Yes, Gary Van Lannen – Yes. Board Chairman Gary Van Lannen invited Deputy Clerk Cindy Kroll, Clerk Jeromy Delebreau, Attorney Tiffany Woelfel, Town Assessor Dave Szela, and Treasurer Mae Micolichek to attend. 5. Convene Back into Open Session. Roll Call into Open Session: Dennis Kroll – Yes, Jeff Van Enkevort – Yes, Gary Van Lannen – Yes. 6. Discuss and Act on Closed Session. None. 7. Adjournment to Monday, February 9, 2026, at 7:45 pm. Van Lannen adjourned the meeting at 7:45 pm until Monday, February 9, 2026.
