Notice of this meeting was given to the public at least twenty - four hours prior to the meeting, by forwarding the complete agenda to the newspapers and to all news media who have requested the same as well as by at posting in the three town display boxes which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the Office of the Clerk and from the Town website: www.townofchase.org 1. Call to Order and Roll Call - Chairman Gary VanLannen 2. Approve the Agenda: A. Change of Sequence B. Remove Items 3. Discuss and Act on Sale of Land at the Corner of South Chase Road and Bialozynski Road #012 - 353501123OL2 (1.24). 4. Convene to Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Statute 19.85(1)(g) - Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. – with Attorney. 5.
