PROCEEDINGS – November 10, 2025 PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING & SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF ELECTORS PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor - Dennis Kroll, Jeff Van Enkevort, – Clerk – Jeromy Delebreau, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek. 2. Recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag 3. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. Motion by Roger Blaies/Richard Lodl approving the agenda. The motion was called and carried by a hand count of 20-0. 4. Present the official 2026 Town of Chase Operating Budget Budget Presented 5. Public Comments None. 6. Adjournment to Special Town Meeting of the Electors Motion by Jeromy Delebreau/Richard Lodl to adjourn to Special Town Meeting of Electors. The motion was called and carried by a hand count of 18-0. SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF ELECTORS 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order. 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change the Sequence B. Remove Items Motion by Jeromy Delebreau /Roger Blaies approving the agenda. The motion was called and carried by a hand count of 19-0. 3. Public Comments None. 4. Discuss and Possible Action on Resolution # R-2025-11-02 Adoption of Town Tax Levy at Special Meeting of Electors.
