PROCEEDINGS – Wednesday, October 29, 2025 TOWN OF CHASE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WORKSHOP MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisors - Dennis Kroll, Jeff Van Enkevort, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Clerk, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek– Jeromy Delebreau. 2. Recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag Pledge was recited 3. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll approving the agenda. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 4. Discuss Roads. Nothing 5. Discuss Park. Nothing 6. Discuss Recycling Center. An attempt to put up lights at the Recycling Center was made. 7. Discuss Compost Site. Chipping at the Compost Site occurred. 8. Discuss Ordinances. Lawyer sent us information on Chapter 9. 9. Discuss Newsletter Team continues to work on it. 10. Discuss and Act on Stopping Internet Service for the Stone Barn for the next 5 months. Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll to approve stopping internet service for the next 5 months. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 11. Discuss Clerk and Deputy Clerk Report. Discussion about election training and a few other things. 12. Discuss Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer Report Budget completed 13. Discuss and Act on Waste & Recycling Proposals for the Town of Chase. Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll approving to go with Waste Management. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 14. Adjournment to Monday, November 10, 2025. The meeting adjourned at 7:29 pm.
