PROCEEDINGS – OCTOBER 1, 2025 TOWN OF CHASE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SPECIAL MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor - Dennis Kroll, Jeff Van Enkevort, – Clerk – Jeromy Delebreau, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek. Absent - Jeff Van Enkevort – Supervisor. 2. Recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. The pledge was recited. 3. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. Motion by Kroll/Van Lannen approving the agenda. The motion was called and carried 2-0. 4. Discuss and Act on Opening Bids for Waste & Recycling Proposals for the Town of Chase. The Town received 2 bids for Waste & Recycling Proposals from Waste Management and GFL. 5. Public Comments None. 6. Adjournment to Town Board Meeting to Monday, October 13, 2025.
