PROCEEDINGS – Wednesday, September 24, 2025 TOWN OF CHASE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WORKSHOP MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisors - Dennis Kroll, Jeff Van Enkevort, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Clerk, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek– Jeromy Delebreau. 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll approving the agenda. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 3. Discuss Roads. A discussion about the roads that were paved and the status of them. Evaluation of Culvert on Yurek Road is not feasible at this time. 4. Discuss Park. A Vendor Food Order Form is being drafted for the Craft Sale Vendors. Craft Sale Brought in an Estimated $6,371.48 for the Park Committee. 5. Discuss Recycling Center. Discussion about the lights at the Recycling Center might have to wait until 2026. The Town received a Bid from Waste Management. 6. Discuss Compost Site. Brief discussion on the Compost Site. 7. Discuss Ordinances. None. 8. Discuss Newsletter Team continues to work on it. 9. Discuss Clerk and Deputy Clerk Report. Discussion about the internet at Stone Barn and at the Town Hall. Nsight was coming on Friday to do some testing. 10. Discuss Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer Report Started working on the Budget. 11. Adjournment to Monday, October 13, 2025.
