PROCEEDINGS – Wednesday, May 28, 2025 TOWN OF CHASE BOARD WORKSHOP MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor - Dennis Kroll, Jeff Van Enkevort, Clerk – Jeromy Delebreau, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek. 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll to approve the agenda. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 3. Discuss Roads. Discuss Road in need of repair. 4. Discuss Park. Discuss Car Show, Craft Show, and Weddings for 2025. 5. Discuss Recycling Center. Discuss Dumpster in need of repair. 6. Discuss Composite Site. Discuss hauling out compost. 7. Discuss Ordinances Discussion of Ordinances. 8. Discuss CyberTech Consulting. Discuss Cloud Storage and Computer for Treasurer. 9. Discuss Employee Fee Schedule. Discuss Mtg Rates. 10. Adjournment to Monday, June 9, 2025, at 8:06 pm. Van Lannen adjourned the meeting at 8:06 pm until Monday, June 9, 2025.
