PROCEEDINGS – Wednesday, April 30, 2025 TOWN OF CHASE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WORKSHOP MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisors - Dennis Kroll, Jeff Van Enkevort, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Clerk – Jeromy Delebreau. Absent: Treasurer – Mae Micolichek 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll approving the agenda. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 3. Discuss Roads. Discussed going out on Tuesday to repair a few roads. 4. Discuss Park. Discussed removing horseshoe pits and turning the water on. 5. Discuss Recycling Center. Discussion. 6. Discuss Composite Site. Discussion. 7. Discuss Ordinances. Discuss Chapter 11 and Chapter 6. 8. Discuss CyberTech Consulting. Discussion Computer needs. 9. Adjournment to Monday, May 12, 2025.
