PROCEEDINGS – Wednesday, March 26, 2025 TOWN OF CHASE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WORKSHOP MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisors - Dennis Kroll, Jeff Van Enkevort, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek. Absent: Clerk – Jeromy Delebreau 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll approving the agenda. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 3. Employee Reviews 4. Convene to Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Statute 19.85(1)(c) - Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility - Discuss Employees for Review – Clerk Roll Call into Closed Session: Dennis Kroll – Yes, Jeff Van Enkevort – Yes, Gary Van Lannen – Yes, and Jeromy Delebreau - Yes 5. Convene back to Open Session Roll Call back into Open Session: Dennis Kroll – Yes, Jeff Van Enkevort – Yes, Gary Van Lannen – Yes, and Jeromy Delebreau - Yes 6. Discuss Roads – No Action More roads were torn up from the snowplow. Stable Lane and a piece of Ahlswede and Bialozynski Road. 7. Discuss Recycling Center – No Action Taken Discuss draft proposals for garbage pickup. 8. Discuss Ordinance Chapter 9 – No Action Taken Discussion occurred regarding what is needed after the board meeting for Chapter 9. 9. Adjournment to Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
