PROCEEDINGS – Wednesday, February 26, 2025 TOWN OF CHASE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SPECIAL MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisors - Dennis Kroll, Jeff Van Enkevort, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek. Absent: Clerk – Jeromy Delebreau 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll approving the agenda. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 3. Employee Reviews 4. Convene to Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Statute 19.85(1)(c) - Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility - Discuss Employees for Review – Clerk, Deputy Clerk, Treasurer, and Deputy Treasurer Roll Call into Closed Session: Dennis Kroll – Yes, Jeff Van Enkevort – Yes, Gary Van Lannen, Board 5. Convene back to Open Session Roll Call back into Open Session: Dennis Kroll – Yes, Jeff Van Enkevort – Yes, Gary Van Lannen, Board 6. Discuss and Act on Closed Session Review Colleen -Question around IT Support. Review Mae – Computer updates, S Drives, New Laptops, Documents, Volunteer hours. Review Cindy – Building Plans. Dennis Kroll abstained from deputy clerk review and left the room. Review Jeromy – Election Help Support. 7. Adjournment to Wednesday, February 26, 2025. The meeting adjourned at 7:48 pm.
