Notice of this meeting was given to the public at least twenty - four hours prior to the meeting, by forwarding the complete agenda to the newspapers and to all news media who have requested the same as well as by at posting in the three town display boxes which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. 1. Statute 19.85(1)(c) - Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. -Discuss Employees for Review – Clerk, Deputy Clerk, Treasurer, and Deputy Treasurer 5. Convene back into Open Session 6. Discuss and Act on Closed Session 7.
