2023.08.16 Town Board Special Meeting Proceedings

PROCEEDINGS – August 16, 2023 TOWN OF CHASE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SPECIAL MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor - Dennis Kroll, Supervisor – Jeff Van Enkevort, Clerk – Jeromy Delebreau. 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll to approve the agenda and the sequence of agenda. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 3. Appoint a Secretary Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll to appoint Jeromy Delebreau Secretary. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 4. Discuss and Act on Mulberry Lane. Mach IV presented the board with the plans for Mulberry Lane. The board asked Mach IV to include a stop sign, a dead-end sign, and a street name. 5. Announcements and General Information. None. 6. Adjournment to Monday, September 11, 2023. Van Lannen adjourned the meeting at 6:21 pm until September 11, 2023. Jeromy Delebreau/Clerk
