Cole Nuthals – Discussion - of possibly bring in a TIFF district to the Town of Abrams. A TIF (Tax Increment Financing) district is a designated geographic area created by local government to stimulate economic development and redevelopment. It captures the future increases in property tax revenues to fund public infrastructure, environmental cleanup, or provide developer incentives within that specific area.
