Posted: Fri day, July 10 , 2026 at 9 :30 a m PLAN COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA WEDNES DAY, JULY 15 , 202 6 A special meeting of the Marinette Plan Commission has been scheduled for Wednes day, July 15 , 202 6 at 3:30pm. The meeting will be held in the Common Council Chambers at Marinette City Hall, 1905 Hall Avenue, Marinette, WI. The following items will be on the agenda: 1 . Call the meeting to order. 2 . Roll Call. 3 . Approve minutes of June 17, 2026 regular meeting (see attached). 4 . Public Hearing conducted pursuant to Marinette Municipal Code Chapter 465-75 (formerly, Marinette Municipal Code Section 13.03904). The purpose of which is to receive public comment on an application from Duane and Sheila Therriault , whose address is 12 43 Edwin Street, Marinette, WI 54143 , to allow, as a conditional use, pursuant to Marinette Municipal Code Chapter 465-75, to wit: Article V111 R-1 Single-Family Residential District 465-32 Permitted accessory u ses Petitioner is requesting to add a third accessory building on a 21.5-acre parcel. Currently the land has a house, garage and shed that sit in the northeast corner of the property. The property is located at 1243 Edwin Street, Marinette, on Tax Parcel Number 251-01407.000 which is currently in a R-1 Single-Family Residential District (see attached). 5 . Vote on an application from Duane and Sheila Therriault, whose address is 1243 Edwin Street, Marinette, WI 54143, to allow , as a conditional use, pursuant to Marinette Municipal Code Chapter 465-75, a third shed on Parcel Number 251- 01407.000 , and 1243 Edwin Street, Marinette, WI, which is currently in a R-1 Single- Family Residential District (see attached) . 6 . Discussion and possible action regarding a site plan submitted by Jones Sign , Company Inc. , De Pere, WI for a change to existing signage at Bellin Memorial Hospital, replacing signs to E mplify HEALTH , 2820 Roosevelt Road , Marinette, WI (see attached). 7 . Discussion and possible action regarding future agenda items. 8 . Adjourn.
