PLAN COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA WEDNE SDAY, JUNE 17 , 202 6 A meeting of the Marinette Plan Commission has been scheduled for Wednes day, June 17 , 202 6 at 3 :30 PM . The meeting will be held in the Common Council Chambers at Marinette City Hall, 1905 Hall Avenue, Marinette, WI. The following items will be on the agenda: 1 . Call the meeting to order. 2 . Roll Call. 3 . Approve minutes of June 2, 2026 special meeting and May 6 , 202 6 regular meeting (see attached). 4 . Public Hearing conducted pursuant to Marinette Municipal Code Chapter 465- 103. The purpose of which is to receive public comment on an application from Jodi Arndt Labs (Care of Attorney) Angeli Management Corporation, 231 S. Adam Street, Green Bay, WI, to allow, as a conditional use, pursuant to Marinette Municipal Code Chapter 465 -103 , to wit: Article X V B- 4 Highway Business District 465-103 Conditional Uses 465-103 (F) Animal Hospital/Vet Clinic Petitioner is requesting a Conditional Use Permit, for an Animal Hospital/Vet Clinic. T his is unimproved land located on Tax Parcel Number 251-0 0164 .0 14 , which is currently in a B-4 Highway Business District Zone. (see attached). 5 . Discussion and possible action regarding a site plan submitted by MJB Industries, Marinette, WI, replacing an existing commercial fence at Iron House Fitness, 1439 Main Street, Marinette, WI (see attached). 8 . Discussion and possible action regarding future agenda items. 9 . Adjourn.
