Finance and Insurance Committee Meeting Minutes Page 1 of 1 Alderperson at large, Dorothy Kowalski , Committee Chairperson , called the Finance and Insurance Committee regular m eeting to order at 0 4 :0 0 PM at Marinette City Hall Common Council Chambers, 1905 Hall Ave ., Marinette WI. 1. Upon a call of the roll it was determined a quorum of the Committee membership w as present and attendance was documented as follows: MEMBERS PRESENT : Alderpersons Kowalski , Lesperance, Skorik , K eller & Wolfe . ABSENT & EXCUSED : None . OTHERS PRESENT : Mayor Genisot ; Alderperson s Mikutowski , Karban and Demmith ; City Attorney Gagan ; and City Treasurer and Finance Director Miller . 2. Approval of prior Finance and Insurance Committee meeting minutes. Alderpersons Keller moved/ Skorik seconded and all concurred, to approve, as presented , the Finance and Insurance Committee regular meeting minutes from 05/ 19/26 . 3. Monthly expenditure review and related Common Council recommendation . Alderperson s Wolfe moved/ Lesperance seconded and all concurred , to recommend the Common Council approve , as submitted, payment of May 20 26 expenditures. 4. May 20 26 budget report. Alderpersons Skorik moved/ Wolfe seconded and all concurred, to accept, as presented, City of Marinette ’s City Treasurer ’s year-to-date CY 20 26 budget report reflecting expenditures & revenues through May 20 26 . 5. Topics or items for next meeting agenda. None requested . 6. Adjournment. Alderperson s Lesperance moved/ Wolfe seconded & all concurred , to adjourn @ 0 4 :01 PM.
