Discussion and possible action to recommend an amendment to the City of Marinette 2020-2040 Comprehensive Plan, adopted on November 2, 2021, based on a zoning application filed by the City of Marinette for Tax Parcel No. 251-0 0 0 15 .00 0 to amend zoning from P -1, Park District to M -U , Mixed Use District. 5 . Di scussion and possible action regarding a site plan submitted by MJB Construction, Marinette, WI for an illuminated two-piece wall sign at T&T Gas and Liquors , 1011 Marinette Avenue , Marinette, WI (see attached). 6 . Discussion and possible action regarding a site plan submitted by Jet Industrial LLC, Marinette , WI for an illuminated monument sign at Jet Industrial LLC , 2421 Cleveland Avenue , Marinette, WI (see attached). 7 . Discussion and possible action regarding a site plan submitted by Gignac Construction, Marinette, WI for a commercial deck at A Place For Coffee, 1059 Marinette Avenue, Marinette, WI (see attached). 8 .
