Call to Order 2. Roll Call. 3. Approve the Agenda. 4. Approve the minutes of the last meeting June 16, 2026. 5. Discuss/consider an update regarding the Weed Harvester Recreational Boating Facilities Grant. 6. Discuss/consider potential replacement and upgrades to the electrical wiring, service panels, and campsite electrical outlets at Badger Campground. 7. Discuss/consider improvements to the campsite parking pads and campground roads at Badger Campground. 8. Discuss/consider the identification and removal of dead or hazardous trees within Badger Park, Badger Campground, and the beach area. 9. Discuss/consider the potential creation of an additional parking lot at Badger Park near East Park Drive, behind the bandshell. 10. Discuss/consider a time study of Parks and Recreation Department operations, staffing, and workload. 11. Discuss/consider updates to the pavilion rental agreement, policies, and guidelines. 12. Discuss/consider beginning the Parks and Recreation Department’s proposed 2027 budget. 13. Park and Recreation Director’s Report. 14.
