COUNCIL CHAMBERS, MUNICIPAL BUILDING Please take notice that a MEETING of the Industrial Park Oversight Committee of the City of Peshtigo will be held at the above date, time, and place with the following items of business to be considered and possibly acted upon: 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call. 3. Approve the agenda. 4. Approve the minutes of the last meeting(s) October 30, 2025. 5. Discuss/consider request by Extreme Transportation & Warehouse LLC (Gail Harris), 990 Pine Street to purchase the adjacent Lot 82 of the industrial park for expansion of the current business located at 921 Ogden Road (Lots 43 &44) 6. Discuss/consider request by Evergreen Tool Company (Joe Beranek), 900 Elm Street to purchase or acquire and easement for the adjacent Lot 48 of the industrial park for expansion of the current business. 7. Discuss/consider the removal of the concrete jersey barriers at the south end of Hart Drive, within the vacated portion of the street adjacent to Lots 72 and 73, formerly known as the Aacer property and now owned by Marquardt Properties, LLC. 8.
