Call to Order 2. Roll Call. 3. Approve the Agenda. 4. Approve the minutes of the last meeting June 22, 2026. 5. Review the disbursements. 6. Review RLF/UDAG loans and payments. 7. Discuss/consider Schedule of Appropriation Entries (handout-if any). 8. Discuss/consider Police Department vehicle maintenance funding. 9. Discuss/consider outstanding historical BAYCOM invoices from 12/21/2022 to 04/17/2026 and Axon invoices from 01/23/24 to 07/01/2026, incurred prior to the current Police Chief’s administration. 10.
