Call to Order 2. Roll Call. 3. Approve the Agenda. 4. Approve the minutes of the last meeting(s), March 17, 2026. 5. Review RLF/UDAG loans and payments. 6. Move into Closed Session per WI S.S. 19.85 (1)(e) and (f) to discuss and act on the following: A. Discuss/consider potential loan(s). 7. Reconvene into Open Session for any action as a result of the Closed Session. 8. Such other matters pertaining to RLF/UDAG as allowed by Law 9. Adjournment.
