Roll Call. 2. Approve the agenda. 3. Approve the minutes of the last meeting (June 9, 2026). 4. Review disbursements for Water & Sewer. 5. Communications: A. DNR email and information regarding Peshtigo Wastewater Treatment Facility Report on Effluent Discharge. 6. Discuss/consider appointment of Jeffrey A. Vorpahl to the position of Wastewater Treatment Plant Lead Operator / Operator-in-Charge, effective upon the retirement of current Operator-in-Charge Rich Sparks. 7. Discuss/consider bids for WWTF Secondary Clarifier Sludge and Scum Collector Replacement Project. 8. Discuss/consider Sewer User Charges Ordinance. 9. Report from Ruekert & Mielke. 10.
