BOARD OF REVIEW
REGULAR MEETING
JUNE 22, 2026
At 12:05 p.m. Chair Berman called the meeting to order with the following present: Katie Berman, Brigitte Schmidt, Robert Warren, and Tammy Kasal.
Members excused: Deborah Sievert
Attending: Assessor Jerry Pillath and Matt Decur
Berman reported the Board of Review Notice and Agenda were posted and published as required.
New laws: None
Per Assessor Pillath, the Assessment Roll for 2026 is complete, it has been turned over to the Clerk, and the affidavit is signed attesting to the values.
Pillath distributed and presented the following for the Board’s review:

Wisconsin Department of Revenue 2025 Assessment/Sales Ratio Analysis
Wisconsin Department of Revenue Final Major Class Comparison
Building Permits were reviewed.
Motion by Berman and seconded by Schmidt to adjourn at 2:05 p.m. Motion carried 4/0.
