COUNCIL CHAMBERS, MUNICIPAL BUILDING Please take notice that a REGULAR MEETING of the Common Council of the City of Peshtigo will be held at the above date, time, and place with the following items of business to be considered, and possibly acted upon: 1. Call to Order/ Roll Call • Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of Agenda. 3. Approve the minutes of the May 5, 2026 Regular Meeting. 4. Public Hearing: • ORDINANCE NO. 2026-01 – An Ordinance Amending ORDINANCE 2020-02, ALL- TERRAIN (ATV) and UTILITY TERRAIN VEHICLES (UTV). This proposed ordinance allows ATVs and UTVs to operate within Badger Park on the improved trails and roads leading from the parking lot and main road to designated camp sites. 5. Business and Communications. • CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP Representative to summarize the City of Peshtigo year-end audit for December 31, 2025. • Set date and time of August 2026 Council Meeting. 8. Reports from Departments, Citizen Boards and Commissions. • Monthly Building Inspection Report. • Monthly Fire/EMR Report. • Monthly Police Report. 9. Committee Reports Judiciary – April 9, 2026 • Recommended Council approve Ordinance 2026-01 amending Ordinance 2020-02, All-Terrain (ATV) and Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV) to allow ATVs and UTVs to operate within Badger Park on the improved trails and roads leading from the parking lot and main road to designated camp sites. Page 2 Common Council Agenda June 2, 2026 Water & Sewer – May 12, 2026 • Recommended Council approve transfer of the 2014 Ford F150 pickup truck from the Street Department to the Sewer Department and transfer $4,000 from the Sewer Equipment Fund to the City CIP Fund. License & Police – May 13, 2026 • Recommended Council approve the updated Operator’s License Application. • Recommended Council approve the “Class B” Fermented Malt Beverage & Intoxicating Liquor Licenses as presented (see attached) pending background checks • Recommended Council approve the “Class A” Fermented Malt Beverage & Intoxicating Liquor Licenses as presented (see attached) pending background checks • Recommended Council approve a Temporary Class “B” Beer License for Peshtigo Youth Baseball, Inc. for the Christopher Mylener Memorial Tournament, June 5–7, 2026, at Pine View Baseball Park, Fields 1 &2. • Recommended Council approve increasing the court cost fee from $38 to $48. Personnel – May 14, 26, 27, 28 & June 1, 2026 • Recommended Council approve hiring the candidate selected in closed session for the Police Chief position with wages and benefits as also discussed in closed session. • Discuss/consider approval for advertising the Police position with the updated job description. • Discuss/consider hiring candidates for Firefighter position. • Discuss/consider hiring candidates for Police part-time position. Streets & Drainage – May 28, 2026 • Recommended Council approve Change Order 1 for West Park Dr. Reconstruction Project with Peters Concrete for an additional $13,944.00 to adjust the site clearing area and change the fencing to 6’ cedar and add an additional 75 feet to be funded from Street Construction. • Recommended Council approve designating ADA parking areas with one stall each for the ADA fishing pier and beach and two stalls by the upper boat launch. 10.
