Board of Review Meeting — Minutes

BOARD OF REVIEW REGULAR MEETING JUNE 1, 2026 At 8:30 a.m. the Board of Review meeting was called to order with the following present: Mayor Katie Berman, Brigitte Schmidt, Tony O’Neill, and Tammy Kasal. Members excused: Deborah Sievert Attending: Assessor Jerry Pillath Clerk-Treasurer Kasal reported the Board of Review Notice and Agenda were posted and published as required. Kasal and Schmidt nominated Berman as Chairperson of the 2026 Board of Review. All voted in favor. Berman was elected Chairperson. Berman and Schmidt nominated Kasal as Vice-Chairperson of the 2025 Board of Review. All voted in favor. Kasl was elected Vice-Chairperson. Clerk-Treasurer Kasal has met the mandatory training requirements specified in Section 70.46(4) Wisconsin Statutes for the 2024 Board of Review. The Board of Review Member Training Affidavit has been filed with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Per Assessor Pillath, the Assessment Roll for 2026 is not yet completed. The Open Book was set for Monday, June 15, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. The Board of Review meeting was set for Monday, June 22, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Motion by Berman and seconded by O’Neill to adjourn at 8:53 a.m. and reconvene on Monday, June 22, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Motion carried 4/0.
