Call to Order 2. Roll Call. 3. Approve the Agenda. 4. Approve the minutes of the last meeting(s), April 27, 2026. 5. Move into Closed Session per WI S.S. 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercise responsibility for the purpose of: A. Police Chief Vacancy. WI S.S.19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: B. Teamsters Union Local 662 contract review. 6. Reconvene into Open Session for any action as a result of the Closed Session. 7. Such other matters pertaining to Personnel as allowed by law. 8.
