We are busy talking about all this government business stuff and we forget what a really neat place we live in. So if any of you see good things in our community, big things, little things, please feel free to acknowledge them during this time. I am going to start with some long neglected thank yous. Thank you to the group that organized and paid for the new kayak lift at Don Brooks Park last summer. Luke Deschane coordinated that effort and that is awesome. The band shell: the village is indebted to the committee that raised over $200,000 and built the band shell. The CBA has 6 concerts in the park scheduled for this year already. Also July 4th, Harvestfest and Red, White & Music.
