3/24/2023 Board Meeting Minutes Page 1 MINUTES REGULAR MEETING VILLAGE OF CRIVITZ BOARD OF TRUSTEES Public present: None. 1) Call to Order: President Grandaw called the meeting to order at 4:00pm. 2) Roll Call: Members present: President Amy Grandaw Trustee George R. Gocht Trustee Ross Behrendt Trustee Stew Swanson Trustee Ginger Deschane Trustee Jeff Dorschner (via zoom) Also present: Clerk/Treasurer Kaitlin Deschane 3) Adoption of Agenda: Motion by Trustee Stew Swanson, seconded by Trustee Ginger Deschane, to adopt the agenda as presented. Ayes: 6, Nyes: 0. Motion Passed. 4) 2017 Ford Expedition: Motion by Trustee Ginger Deschane, seconded by Trustee Stew Swanson, to purchase a 2017 Ford Expedition from Witt Ford in an amount not to exceed $ 28,000. Discussion – A loan taken from SNBT 2 years ago has enough money left ($25,683.26) to cover the vehicle and we can you the State police grant, ARPA funds, and money gained from the TIF closure to pay for any equipment needed. Ayes: 6, Nyes: 0. Motion Passed. ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Trustee Stew Swanson, seconded by Trustee Ross Behrendt, that the meeting be adjourned at 4:10pm. Vote: Ayes: 6, Nays: 0. Motion Passed.
