MINUTES Special Board Meeting May 31st, 2022 Public Present: Angie and Ray Majewski 1) Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5pm 2) Roll Call: Members present: President Amy Grandaw Trustee Ginger Deschane Trustee Stew Swanson (via zoom) Trustee George Gocht Trustee Michael Strandt Also present: Clerk/Treasurer Kaitlin Deschane Chief Troy Ugoretz Officer Alan Leiser 3) Adoption of Agenda: Motion by Trustee Ginger Deschane, seconded by Trustee Michael Strandt, to adopt the agenda as presented. All Ayes. Motion Carried. 4) To discuss the proposed USDA-RD Community Facilities Project for a New Police Squad Vehicle & Related Equipment with the public and answer any questions that may arise: there were no questions or comments from the public. 5) Adjourn: Motion by Trustee Ginger Deschane , second ed by Tru stee Michael Strandt , to adjourn the meeting at 5:02pm.
