MINUTES Special Board Meeting July 1, 2024 Public Present: Rudi Jensen, Utilities Superintendent, Criag Schuh (via zoom) 1) Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 4:30pm 2) Roll Call: Members present: President Amy Grandaw Trustee Ginger Deschane Trustee Jeff Dorschner Trustee Jeff Baumann Trustee George Gocht Trustee Cory Siebert Trustee Michael Strandt Also present: Clerk/Treasurer Kaitlin Deschane 3) Adoption of Agenda: Motion by Trustee Jeff Dorschner, seconded by Trustee Michael Strandt, to adopt the agenda as presented. Ayes: 7, Nays: 0. Motion Passed. 4) South Ave and Deschane Ave Project Bids: Motion by Trustee Jeff Dorschner, seconded by Trustee Michael Strandt, to accept the project bid from Feaker & Sons Co Ince of De Pere Wi. Discussion: This is the recommendation of Ayers and Associates after reviewing all the bids. According to Rudi Jensen there will be a couple of minor changes on the lift station but they project does not need to be completed until next May. Ayes: 7, Nays: 0. Motion Passed. 5) Closed Session - TIF Developers Agreement*: Bypass. 6) Reconvene in Open Session: Bypass. 7) Adjourn: Motion by Trustee Jeff Dorschner, seconded by Trustee Michael Strandt, to adjourn the meeting at 4:35 pm.
