Ayes: 5, Nays: 0. Motion Passed. 4) Rezoning of 305 Henriette Ave: Motion by Trustee Cory Siebert, seconded by Trustee Ginger Deschane, to adopt ordinance 2024-006 to rezone 305 Henriette Ave from B-3 Highway Business to B-2 Neighborhood Business. Ayes: 5, Nays: 0. Motion Passed. 5) Conditional Use for 305 Henriette Ave: Motion by Trustee Michael Strandt, seconded by Trustee Ginger Deschane, to approve a conditional use permit for 305 Henriette Ave for a Mini- Warehouse. Ayes: 5, Nays: 0. Motion Passed. 6) Adjourn: Motion by Trustee Ginger Deschane, seconded by Trustee George Gocht, to adjourn the meeting at 6:17pm. Ayes: 5, Nays: 0. Motion Passed.
