Gocht Trustee Cory Siebert Trustee Stew Swanson Trustee Ginger Deschane Also present: Clerk/Treasurer Kaitlin Deschane 3) Adoption of Agenda: Motion by Ginger Deschane, seconded by Stew Swanson, to adopt the agenda as presented. Ayes: 5, Nays: 0. Motion Passed. 4) Mead & Hunt TIF Contract: Motion by Ginger Deschane, seconded by George Gocht, to contract with Mead & Hunt to create TIF #2 for an amount not to exceed $13,000. Ayes: 5, Nays: 0. Motion Passed. ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Ginger Deschane, seconded by Stew Swanson, that the meeting be adjourned at 4:48pm. Vote: Ayes: 5, Nays:0. Motion Passed.
