MINUTES SPECIAL BOARD MEETING January 10, 2024 Public present: Margaret Weathers, Glen Franzen, 920-255-3511 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIENCE 1) Call to Order: Pres. Grandaw will call the hearing to order at 7:00pm 2) Roll Call: President Amy Grandaw Trustee Michael Strandt Trustee Ginger Deschane (via zoom) Trustee George R. Gocht Trustee Stewart Swanson Trustee Jeff Dorschner Kaitlin Deschane, Clerk/Treasurer 3) Adoption of Agenda: Motion by Trustee Jeff Dorschner, seconded by Trustee Stew Swanson, to adopt the agenda as presented. Vote: Ayes:6, Nays:0, Abstentions:0. Motion Passed. 4) Water Superintendent: Motion by Trustee Michael Strandt, seconded by Trustee Jeff Dorschner, to appoint Rudi Jensen as Utilities Superintendent with the Job Description as presented and a $5 an hour raise. Ayes: 6, Nays: 0. Motion passed. 5) Utility Assistant: Motion by Trustee Jeff Dorschner, seconded by Trustee Michael Strandt, to approve Eric Kutche’s Job Description as presented with a $2 an hour raise. Ayes: 6, Nays: 0. Motion passed. 6) Sewer Superintendent & Development Project Administrator: Motion by Trustee Jeff Dorschner, seconded by Trustee Stew Swanson, to appoint Glen Franzen as Development Project Administrator with the job description as presented. His PTO accrual will remain the same, no COLA raise, longevity incentive will remain the same, no credit card, no clothing allowance, no vehicle, and his schedule will be emailed to George Gocht, Kaitlin Deschane, and Rudi Jensen biweekly. Ayes: 6, Nays: 0. Motion passed. 7) Adjournment: Motion by Trustee Jeff Dorschner, seconded by Trustee George Gocht, to adjourn the hearing at 7:03pm. Vote: Ayes: 6, Nays: 0. Motion passed.
