Chairperson Friday, Supervisor Coble, Supervisor Wortner, Supervisor Furton, Supervisor Joy 3) Verification of proper notice: Chairperson Friday verified. 4) Approve agenda: Wortner motion to approve/Second by Joy. Motion carried with 5 yes. 5) Public comment limited to 15 minutes (in-person attendees only, limited to 3 minutes per person with no time donations from others, agenda items only), please be prepared to come forward to the table, speak clearly into the microphone, start by stating name & address 6) Motion & roll call vote to go into CLOSED SESSION pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is involved. a. Grant & Eisenhofer legal team discussion re: Tyco/JCI litigation: Joy motion to enter closed session/Second by Coble. Roll call vote with 5 yes. b. Motion & roll call vote to return to Open Session: Joy motion to return to open session/Second by Coble. Roll call vote with 5 yes. 7) Action arising from Grant & Eisenhofer legal team discussion re: Tyco/JCI litigation: No action was taken. 8) Regular Monthly Board Meeting to follow at 7 p.m. 9) Motion to Adjourn: Coble motion to adjourn at 6:21pm/Second by Wortner.
