TOWN OF PORTERFIELD VARIANCE HEARING August 17, 2026 Chairperson, Dennis Bergeson, called the hearing to order at 5:00 PM with 6 in attendance : Supervisor I – Amy Linstad, Supervisor II – Zak Albrecht, Chair – Dennis Bergeson, Clerk - Dawn Johnson, Steve and Tammy Flores present. This is a variance for Steve and Tammy Flores regarding parcel number 026 -01188.007 on Richards Road, description: Lots 2&3 PRT: S23 T32N R22E. Steve and Tammy are requesting the set back of the 30X40 garage 80’ from center line of the town road. The normal set back is 100’. There was discussion on the set back and property. Amy Linstad made a motion to adjourn the hearing at 5:05 PM. Zak Albrecht seconded the motion. Roll Call: Amy Linstad - yes, Zak Albrecht - yes, Dennis Bergeson – yes. Hearing adjourned.
